Cascina delle Rose Description
The vineyard is located in the village of Barbaresco, in lean soils, rich in mineral salts and densely stratified. Born from old clones and from a particular selection, fermented and aged in steel and cement.
SENSORY NOTES
Bright garnet red, elegant classic fruity and floral notes of the Three Stars, deep, clean, the clear expression of the grape. Dense texture of tannin, fine, silky. Very persistent finish.
PAIRINGS
It matches perfectly with cured meats and raw hams, white or red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
